The most common question I get from Williamson County Residents is: Why are you running? The answer is simple: I want to provide a positive impact on our community. It is the same reason I went to law school and the same reason I served Williamson County as a prosecutor. It is the same reason I have served on the Marion Carnegie Library Board, the Food Works Board, and volunteered with local not-for-profit organizations. It is why I started a radio show called “Lawler’s Hometown Heroes” where I interview local not-for-profits, leaders, law enforcement, and organizations making a positive impact on our community.
David’s Plans for Williamson County Judge
The positive impact I want to have on our community through my role as a judge is through implementing an efficient, transparent and fair judicial process for everyone, regardless of race, gender or financial status. I want to focus on Drug Court, Mental Health Court, and Veteran’s Court.
